Do you really come on-site for free? Anywhere in Laos?
Yes — site surveys are free in Vientiane and surrounding provinces. For Luang Prabang, Pakse, and remote properties, the survey itself is on us; we'll discuss travel logistics together. We'll bring a senior technician and someone from the commercial team on the same visit.
Can I buy chemicals from you without a laundry contract — or vice versa?
Yes. Many clients start with one line and add the other once they see how it works. There's no bundling requirement.
What kind of properties do you typically serve?
Hotels of every size, hospitals, commercial laundries, restaurant groups, serviced apartments, and a growing number of schools and corporate cafeterias. Roughly 60% hospitality, 25% healthcare, 15% commercial laundry & F&B.
How fast is service response if something breaks?
In the Vientiane corridor our 2025 average response was four hours from call to on-site technician. For outlying provinces we commit to next business day, and we keep genuine spare parts in country so most repairs are completed on the same visit.
Do you handle the trade-in or removal of old machines?
Yes. We coordinate decommissioning, removal, and proper disposal of refrigerants and chemicals for older equipment as part of any laundry install.
Can you help with sustainability or ESG reporting?
Yes. Quarterly site reports include water and energy per cycle, chemical concentrate per occupied room, and savings versus your baseline. Many ownership groups now require this for ESG submissions.
What does a typical engagement look like, end to end?
Site survey → proposal → install & commissioning → on-floor training → quarterly preventative visits. Most engagements take 4–8 weeks from first visit to live, depending on equipment lead times.
