Inthichack Solution Sole Co., Ltd is a Lao B2B hospitality and commercial-solutions provider. Since 2003, we've grown from a single Ecolab desk in Vientiane to a 60-person team serving hotels, hospitals, restaurants, and commercial laundries from the northern provinces to Pakse.

Our story
Started by an operator. Built for operators.
In 2003, Inthichack was founded by a husband-and-wife team who'd both worked in Lao hospitality and saw the same gap on every property — international brands, no local service. We started by representing Ecolab. Then Electrolux Professional. Then we hired engineers and built a service contract instead of just selling boxes.
Today we're still privately held, still in Lao hands, and still walking properties ourselves before we quote them. That's not a marketing line — it's the only model we know.

2003
Founded in Vientiane
Inthichack opens its first office and begins distributing Ecolab cleaning chemicals to Lao hotels and restaurants.
2007
Authorized Ecolab distributor
Formalized as Ecolab's authorized partner in Laos. First in-country technician hired for dispenser install & service.
2011
Electrolux Professional partnership
Added Electrolux Professional commercial laundry. First washer-extractor installs at major Vientiane hotels.
2015
Northern coverage launched
Dedicated northern technician dispatch and parts staging for the Luang Prabang corridor.
2018
ISO 9001 quality certification
Internal service processes certified to ISO 9001. Written SLAs become standard in service contracts.
2020
Nationwide service network
Southern corridor coverage extended. Inthichack now reaches every major provincial capital with on-the-ground engineers dispatched from Vientiane.
2022
200+ properties served
Crossed the 200-property milestone. First major hospital laundry retrofits delivered.
2024
Sustainability reporting
Quarterly water, energy, and chemical-use reports rolled out as standard for all service contracts.
