Is the site survey actually free?
Yes, in Vientiane Capital and surrounding provinces. For Luang Prabang, Pakse, and other outlying provinces, the survey itself is on us — we'll discuss travel logistics together. No obligation, no contract on the day.
How quickly will you respond?
Form submissions and emails are answered within one business day. WhatsApp is usually faster — minutes during business hours. Service customers have a 24/7 emergency line.
Do you serve properties outside the major cities?
Yes — we cover every province in Laos from our Vientiane HQ. Same-day coverage in the Vientiane corridor and next-business-day for outlying provinces.
Can I get a quote without a site visit?
For standard chemical orders, yes. For laundry equipment and service contracts, we strongly recommend a walkthrough — it's the only way to give you numbers we'll stand behind.
What languages do you work in?
Lao, English, and Thai. Our training materials are produced bilingually (Lao + English) by default. Mandarin support available on request.
